| Introduction | My goal, in cooking, is to bring the dish to its fullest potential. That being said, if using shortening, heavy cream, butter, mayonnaise, or any other diet buster of an ingredient is called for, I don't mind. This blog is not intended for people with certain dietary specific needs. I do not cook gluten free, carb free or diabetic. I do not exchange ingredients in my desserts. I would rather eat less, of any given item, than modify it into something substandard. The recipes in my blog are enjoyed by my friends and family. You are welcome to enjoy them also. However, I do not want to hear objections of my use of decadent ingredients. Remember, you and only you, are responsible for your dietary needs. |
