Introduction This blog is a simple way to show my weight loss. I am starting off by using intermittent fasting 2-3 days a week for 24+ hrs, doing a HIT/Body By Science type lifting workout once to twice a week, right now working out with Matt as Super Slow in Sterling, Va. My goal, is to get to around, 165 lb, or visible abs.
