Introduction	My name is Greg Hayes and I am an avid Crossfitter. I participated in the Open for 2011 but did not do as well as I would have liked. I am married to the most wonderful woman in the world who puts up with my training and long hours of work. I do not know what I would do without her as she helps me push towards everything I want and need to achieve. I knew there was holes in my training and this is why I found RAW and an completing the programming of Rob Downton. Man it is awesome, and really am seeing improvement. My future goal is to make and win the CrossFit Games!! Yes, I know it is a lofty goal but I am willing to put in the hard work and dedication to reach the goal. My goal for next year will be to make the SoCal Regionals and place in the Top 15, or higher if possible! From then on it's no ceiling but work ass off and get to where I need to be. I look forward to commenting and interacting with any fellow RAW Athlete and hope you do as well.
