| Introduction | A member of Chef Association of Malaysia. Appointed as a Tutor at Club Med Palmiye, Turkey in 2005 for two weeks to train 19 staff on how to make fruits and vegetable carving. Appointed as a Tutor at Club Med Ixtapa, Mexico in 2007 for 10 days to train staff on how to make fruits and ice carving. One of a member of Malaysian team to Sapporo Snow Festival at Japan in 2006. Malaysian team won gold medal in that event. Appointed as one of the judges in culinary competition organized by Hotel and Tourism Faculty, MARA University of Technology Malaysia and Chef Association of Malaysia. |
