Introduction	Isn't it wonderful when your dreams come true? A home in a friendly neighborhood, a shiney SUV, a new pick up truck, and the ability to work from home full time. Being content has a way of undermining your discipline. A steadily upward trend in income can lull you into a false sense of security. Then the bottom falls out once the economy sours. The whole world seems to be coming off the same binge at the same time. Now you're stuck, upside down on everything, scrambling to make ends meet. Welcome to my world. I know there are others like me out there. I'm not ready to throw in the towel. It is time to rebuild from the foundation up. This time I will build with a focus on fiscal and environmental sustainability. I guess it's time to get started. I hope this documentation of my efforts can be of use to you as well.
