Introduction	I am a wife, mother and grandmother. Some people have told me I look a lot like Paula Deen! (Well, I do like fried food and butter!) I love to talk to young women about living in this age we call the 21st century but there is a special place in my heart for people that are grieving the loss of a loved one. Having lost my grandson, Hunter in 2004,I know how important it is to have someone to walk beside you for a while on that "journey" and God has allowed me to be able to do that through the GriefShare support group. Interests	I am interested in talking (and listening) to young women about the challenges they face today. How difficult is it to live truly separate from the world! I love writing about characters that face the same problems we do as well.
Favorite movies	The Notebook, Return To Me, Kate & Leopold, Only You, The Lucky One.
Favorite books	Anything by Nicholas Sparks or Liz Curtis-Higgs. I also like the classics.
