| Introduction | I have been married to my wonderful husband for 11 years now. We just recently moved to CA from TX. I have to say that we are enjoying our "Empty Nest"...though I miss the boys terribly! My oldest is still living in Texas and will be getting married next Fall (2012). My youngest is living in Miami Beach. Our 2 cats keep us entertained since the kids aren't around! We love to go camping and are enjoying all of the outdoor activities that California provides! I have been quilting for about 11 or so years now. I started out sewing clothes, but like many people I would guess, have recently switched almost entirely to quilting because quilts always fit!!! I love jewel tones - especially purple and turquoise. I dislike pastels and anything overly floral. |
