Introduction	Scott Weiss joined Boeing in 1990, as an Employee Assistance (EAP) Counselor. As an Organization Assistance Consultant, he developed a program bringing EAP services to groups affected by business change. He was an Executive Coach for the Boeing Executive Program for 5 years. Other assignments have included; Project Leader-Organization & Leadership Development group; Career Consultant; Organization Development (OD) Advisor. Team Advisor for 787 providing project management, coaching, facilitation, & business process development. Prior to Boeing, Scott worked for fifteen years in the human services field, including managing the Outpatient department in a Community Mental Health Center and in prison settings with substance abusing felons. Scott has a BA in Psychology, a MA in Psychology, and post graduate training in Family Therapy and Solution Focused Brief Therapy. He is currently in the doctoral program for Human and Organizational Development at Fielding Graduate University.
