| Introduction | Hi my name is Sarah-Jane, my friends and family call me SJ. I am a happily married, mother of 2 awesome kids and 1 fur-baby and am living with metastatic breast cancer (MBC). In the 4 months since I was diagnosed I have learnt a lot that I would like to share, some things I desperately wish I knew before.
