Introduction An opinionated, irritated, recently diagnosed Celiac. Already lactose-intolerant. Culinary Arts Educated. Foodie. Traveler. Despise label reading. Anti-icky food. This is my journey through life discovering what I can and cannot eat being gluten-free (GF) & dairy free (DF). I tell you all the times I cheat and the mistakes I make. But, I also write about my progress and what I have accomplished so far. I've worked both sides of the food industry as a customer and as a waitress, chef, and bartender so I can give perspective from all angles. Your friend in this journey is pro-active research into food & ingredients. Hopefully, I'll be able to give you a road map to start your own healthy, good food journey.
