| Introduction | I'm a 30-something mom of 3 sons (Thing 1 is 6 years, Thing 2 is 3 years, and Thing 3 is 3 months old as of late August 2010) who has had physical disability and chronic pain/fatigue issues since before puberty (more than 20 years). I am a social researcher by nature, working part-time (due to fatigue issues) on a Masters in a Social Work school (focused on Community and Social Development, aka CSD) on my way to hopefully a PhD in Social Psychology (so I can teach and do research). And I write the occasional speculative fiction novel in my not-so-abundant spare time. I also do other crafty things like crochet and sew baby carriers and design breastfeeding accessible clothing. |
