| Introduction | I am a Yankee transplant in the South; love the food (well, not okra & all the fried stuff) not the sports mania; love the early springs: dogwood, wysteria & azaleas; hate the sweltering heat & humidity & okra; love collecting recipes & cooking from our garden (reluctantly, the okra - what we do for love!)I grew up in NJ, went to BYU in Utah, met my first husband there, spent 5 yrs. with him in Ill. until we moved here in 1972. Lived as a widow for 25 yrs. until meeting being introduced to Bob by my dog, Emma. The rest is history - in the making. |
