| Introduction | I'm Stuart Walker. I was writing text messages to a friend to keep him up to date with my progress on the revival (it won't be detailed or professional enough to be considered a "restoration"!!) of my E-Type Jaguar. Since there are a lot of learnings for me in this process, I decided I might as well share my progress, as there are probably other amateur mechanics out there doing similar work and asking similar questions, who may be able to benefit from some of my learnings (and mistakes).
