| Introduction | About me I am a retired woman in my mid sixties and live in the North East of England with my husband to whom I've been married for 45 years, this year, 2011. I have many interests including cardmaking, scrapbooking, photography, painting (only dabbling at present), writing poetry and prose. Some of my poems have been published in anthologies, on radio and TV and magazines. I have had three short stories published in magazines in the past and I write verses for most of my cards, if they are for special people. I am an animal lover too and have had 7 dogs and one cat in my lifetime, plus goldfish, rabbit and cockateil, hamsters and guinea pigs too but these belonged to my daughter. We have one daughter who lives in Scotland and 6 grandchildren, five boys and one girl, all of whom we are very proud grandparents. Crafting forums is another interest I have and I belong to three very friendly forums; I love to join in the challenges and some of the chat. This blog is created to display some of my photographs, craft creations etc so I hope you will enjoy reading it from time to time. Sarabee |
