Introduction	Hello, everyone! My name is Devin Medlock. I'm 22 and I've lived in Austin, Texas for a good majority of my life. I'm currently majoring in Computer Science. I'm a bit of a nerd of all sorts, with hobbies ranging from gaming to aquascaping. According to the political ideology quiz I am "Post-Modern." I probably couldn't tell you exactly what that means but, at the very least, it's good that the quiz knows I fit somewhere into the scheme of things . I don't have many political influences, I get most of my news from articles online and don't often watch any news stations on TV (If I do, it's comedic news like "The Daily Show" or "The Colbert Report.") Since I don't really identify with either major political party I haven't yet made my way to a voting booth. I guess you could say I share George Carlin's opinions on voting. I may be taking this Government course because it is a requirement but that doesn't mean I don't hope to get the most out of it. I'm sure that whatever information this class has to offer will be enlightening.
