Introduction	I blog right here alongside all of you who are also living the low low carb lifestyle. It's been an amazing experience for me. Filled with challenges...you bet, but worth the effort for sure. My hope for those of us who connect here, is that we support, share and commiserate with one another while on our journey. I've learned to live with and understand the "eye rollers" and the "naysayers". They have a place in my life worth understanding. I will share my experience, strength and hope with any of you who care to join me here. If I meet one more new friend, or hundreds of you, my low carb sugar free life will be a little bit richer.
