Introduction	Vice President PARAGON Dental Practice Transitions I practiced dentistry for a number of years and always enjoyed the business of running a dental practice, but really didn't like doing the dentistry itself. So in 2001 I become a consultant with PARAGON Dental Practice Transitions as I loved their philosophy of helping both a buyer and a seller come together in a win-win transition. I truly love what I am doing now, helping young dentists get into the right practice in the right manner. I certainly wish I would have had a mentor when I got started. I also enjoy working with the older dentists who are looking at phasing out of dentistry and helping them do so in a manner that is as smooth and pleasant as possible.
