Introduction	When you have a passion working isn't work. Since a kid I always knew I wanted to find a career that didn't feel like a chore. I've worked in two industries that have come pretty close to this dream. Advertising and fitness both are an exciting adventure that changes everyday. I love branding and marketing strategies but also health, nutrition and fitness. I love teaching and helping my clients learn more about themselves, as they push past hard times into a happier future. But, when I am in a kitchen I really feel alive. The joy of creating something beautiful and delicious with my hands and kitchen tools give me bliss. I hope you feel captivated, joyous and ridiculous blissful when you see and eat the desserts I bake. I hope you balance treats with a healthy diet and exercise program to feel balanced and not overwhelmed by the sugar rush. I believe when living healthy and fit lifestyle we shouldn't deprive ourselves of sweet indulgences but we should strive to learn how to fit it into our diets without suffering unhealthy lifelong consciences.
