| Introduction | I'm not your average beer drinker I've got a triathlon and running problem. I can't wait to finish a race and crack a cold one at the finish line. I've even drank a beer in the middle of a marathon. This blog is an attempt for me to chronicle my workouts and races all while drinking beer.
