| Introduction | I am a simple girl. A Southern Belle. I enjoy the simple things in life. I love being outside! I love family time! I love friend time! I love hiking, running, gardening, and I love just riding around on country roads! I am also a heart survivor - at a very young age! I volunteer for the American Heart Association and I am a local 2014 Go Red for Woman representative. I love planting flowers- sunflowers are my favorite! I am a country girl - heart and soul! Although, I fail, I strive to live for Jesus everyday. It is my goal to praise Him through everything in life - the good and the bad. I battled depression for a couple years and I won with God's help. I am wanting to use my story to help other women who maybe battling depression. I firmly believe that God sometimes sends us through trials so in the future we can help others. I know one thing for sure, I came out of that dark hole a better version of a woman of God than the one that went into it. I praise Him everyday for that! Jesus Christ is my Lord and He saved my soul from hell. I hope you ask Him into your heart and He will do the same for you. Much love! Jessie! |
