Introduction	After reading several weight loss blogs recently, I've decided to start one of my own. I'm hoping this'll keep me accountable cuz it's easy to hide your failures in private, but when others can see your ups and downs, it helps to keep you motivated. Basically, shaming you into thin-ness. lol
