| Introduction | I am a stay at home mom working my family toward more self sufficient living.
Currently, we recycle, compost, garden, have backyard chickens, collect rainwater and are working out which alternative energy source will best meet our needs. I am mom to 3 wonderful children (2 girls, 1 boy) and wife to an amazing husband. We have an eclectic taste for all kinds of food and try to make the best choices our budget will allow, whether this be local or wild meats, vegetarian/vegan, ethnic/international, we love it all!!!
