| Introduction | I am a retired attorney formerly admitted to practice law in Maine and New Hampshire. I graduated from New Hampshire's Plymouth State College with a BA in East Asian History and a Minor in Political Science. I went on to graduate from Santa Clara University School of Law with honors. I had a solo practice in New Hampshire, worked for the Governor's Commission on Disabilities Client Assistance Program, and worked in the field of Disability Rights law and Federal Elections law in Maine for 5 years. I also served on the Help America Vote Act's Advisory Group in Maine and New Hampshire. In addition to being a cancer survivor, I was the first in Maine (and only the 5th in New England) to have an ARGUS II Bionic eye (artificial retina) surgically implanted in my right eye. This surgery was done in April of 2019 with remarkable results. Since retirement I have written a 3 book murder mystery series. Always a murder mystery fan, I began writing my own murder mysteries where I can literally "get away with murder." |
