Introduction	An Irish-American by birth, I grew up all over the place: small town America, Ecuador, Mexico... My ethnic identity? Best described as confused. Post-high school I headed off to study in the only city on earth as ethnically confused as myself - Toronto - which I now call home. I have an obsession with travel that borders on pathological, but thanks to "real life" my dreams of world travel have been shoved into my pitifully-sized apartment closet, for now. Thankfully I have a second obsession to hold me over: eating. To me, food allows us to experience diverse cultures without even changing area codes, and it brings us closer together in the process. I hope you enjoy reading about my culinary travels within this fantastic city, and that they inspire you to do some traveling of your own.
