| Introduction | Hi, i'm Nandan , belong to a small town of Bihar called Bettiah, in West Champaran disst, a place very eminent as the Karma Bhoomi of Mohandas karamchand Gandhi where he started his first revolution in the support of indigo farmers against Britishers. i m a chef by heart and soul, who keeps on trying up various innovative recipes and tries to produce somthing better to people's palate. Specialised in Italian and Indian Cookery majorly Hyderabadi, DumPukht and Handi preparations, Have also found a new interest in the Fusion cookery of Mithila with Continental cuisine.
