Pace has been active in real estate sales and leasing since 1974. She is a California real estate broker and previously earned nationally recognized designations of CCIM, CRS, CRB, and GRI. Ms. Pace is a course developer, DRE-accredited instructor, and author of two other C.A.R. books. She was elected as President of the Marin Association of Realtors in 1996 and has been a Director of the California Association of Realtors. Ms. Pace consults on real estate cases involving Standard of Care and Agency duties, and testifies as an expert witness in courts throughout Northern California.
