| Introduction | I am an experienced executive, skilled at the strategic application of organizational and business development principles and techniques. My passion is helping individuals, teams, and organizations become high performing. I have significant expertise and experience working internationally and in the US. My career has spanned healthcare, education, and high tech. Most recently, I have been consulting on issues of strategy, structure, and the creation of high performing organizations. Previously I was the Director of Education Services for Mentor Graphics Corporation, an electronic design automation software company. In this capacity, I helped expand a US centric training department into an integrated, customer focused, high performing, global organization. Prior to this position, I was Vice-President and Director of the Phoenix Campuses for The University of Phoenix. I hold Bachelor of Arts (English and Asian Studies) and Masters (Management) degrees from Arizona State University and a Ph.D. in organizational systems from Saybrook Graduate School and Research Center, with a focus on change, motivation, culture, and high performing teams and organizations. |
