| Introduction | I am a retired math teacher; married to Jeff; mother to numerous four legged, furry critters; and a long time pottery lover. I am grateful to the friend who talked me into taking pottery...I remember the day that I walked into Allen Griffin's studio for my first lesson. It was Thursday, August 16, 2007, and my life has not been the same since. Allen passed away in on March 27, 2016, and I purchased the studio a few weeks later. It is my sincere hope to honor his memory by continuing his work - providing a place for potters to work, for students of pottery to learn, and for lovers of pottery to purchase nice pottery. My pottery is mostly functional. I do mugs, bowls, platters, vases, cake pans, pitchers, etc. I am very willing to take requests as well. I've learned much from trying new projects for friends. |
