| Introduction | I'm a stay at home mom to two wonderful kids. I've been overweight most of my life or at least thought I was overweight. Now when I look back at pictures of myself in high school I realize my mind was playing tricks on me; I looked good back then. For my health and for my kids now is the time I need to get serious about losing weight. |
