| Introduction | Greetings to all you fellow pen lovers! My dream is to open my own online pen store (VEGASPENS.NET). Eventually I want to open a brick and mortar location in fabulous Las Vegas! My vision: It will not only carry the latest and most beautiful merchandise, it will also have a special "Pen Lounge" area for people to sit and write correspondence, use their laptops, have Wi-Fi access, chill, have a cup of coffee or something to eat, or to read a book or a magazine. Think Urban Outfitters meets Borders and Montblanc/Cross/S.T. Dupont and the like all rolled into one. I would also allow people to test fountain pens before purchasing and allow customers to try different sample inks at my "Ink Bar". Above all else, I promise I will deliver exceptional customer service to anyone who visits my store. I want to offer total satisfaction to my customers and keep them coming back again and again! |
