Introduction	Don was born in Jackson, Michigan in 1950. He served in Vietnam with the U.S. Army in 1970-71. After receiving undergrad degrees in marketing and business management from Madonna University, he moved from Michigan to California in 1990. In 2001 he earned his Masters in Organizational Management and has recently finished his Doctorate of Management in Organizational Leadership, both from the University of Phoenix. Don and his wonderful wife, Rev. Duchess Dale, and their cat-Jezebelle, now live in Chico, California. The Duchess and The Don welcome your communications. 
Interests	Note from Don: Customer service is my passion, management is my forte'. Over the last few years, I have been responsible for driving the training, customer relations process, and employee recognition for 7,000 employees in a 12 state region. I personally have facilitated over 200 customer service training modules, coordinated and trained another 70 instructors on the subject, in the largest region of a Fortune 500 company. I have also worn many hats related to hiring, business development, product sales, department management, contract billing, order processing, and internal communications. My background includes being an entrepreneur/business owner and corporate executive. In addition, I have more than 20 years of management and organizational leadership business experience.
