When your science teacher smashed a frozen rose with a hammer, did you warm the petals to bring them back to life?
No. I probably sat there staring at the shattered petals wondering why something so beautiful became “proof” only after it was broken. And honestly? I probably took the lesson personally. Some people would’ve tried to warm the rose back to life. I would’ve wanted to know why we keep teaching children that fragility and destruction are the price of understanding.
