Introduction	I am M.Kohila working as a B.T.Asst. (History) in S.M.R.V.H.S.S> ,Vadasery,Nagercoil, Kanyakumary District, Tamilnadu.I am much interested in INNOVATIVE teaching practices. I teach my lessons through project works.These works make them to understand their lessons very well. I use technology to teach my lessons . I could observe that technology enhances the learning interest among the students and they could understand their lessons very well. I have received many state awards for the best integration of technology in their classroom. I have participated in an Innovative Educators Forum held in Brazil, 2009. Dear educators , I am much interst to share my teaching experience with the World Educators community. I expect your kind suggestions to improve my teaching skills.
