Do you believe that forks are evolved from spoons?
The fork/spoon question is an interesting one. Our Sages teach us in Shulchan Aruch that because the fork and spoon are set on opposite sides of the plate, they were created individually, but maintain a connection of opposites, spiritually joined to twirl pasta with.
