Introduction Family is my passion. My husband and I have six children ranging in age from 12 to 4. Two of our children are adopted, one internationally (Russia) and one domestically. I know first hand the emotional roller coaster of adopting and love to help families get fully prepared for their adoption/foster care adventure. I have worked in the adoption and human services industry for 16 years in various capacities. I have directly helped over 500 families adopt children. I will be graduating with a Master of Arts in Human Services degree in December, currently holding a Bachelor degree in Sociology/Social Work. I work with Texas families as their case manager, providing pre and post placement services including writing home studies. I also provide specialized trainings for families and agency staff members in the areas of parenting, loss issues, attachment, behavior modification, abuse issues and aggression management through the Texas state PRIDE curriculum and the SAMA emergency behavior intervention program. I am a certified trainer in both programs. I am available to provide trainings.
