| Introduction | This is our 30th year of doing business in SE Portland, and we are one of the best used and rare bookstores in the state. Our stock includes approximately 20,000 books and 50,000 magazines. Our specialties include the Pacific Northwest, the social sciences, history, modern literature, and other fields. We like to focus on rare/antiquarian books, along with first editions, collectible magazines, sheet music, and related materials. We also deal in some newer books if they are of interest to us. Longfellows is a family run store, and only Nile and Jon Hagen work the store. We are open afternoons Monday through Saturday 1-5. We've been in business for 30 years, and in our present location for 18, so we know the business well. |
