| Introduction | I am a young professional always striving to balance personal health, community health, animal welfare, and giving back with my demanding career. Like so many of us in this fast-paced world, I am often pulled in different directions and have no time. My ongoing focus is to accept everything for what it is, keep my focus on what is important, pursue all of my goals and be happy with my best. |
