Introduction	When I moved to North Carolina from Los Angeles this past spring, I intended on spending most of my free time working on my novel (yes, I'm one of "those" people). But thanks to my ability to procrastinate, a decade old habit of late night snacking and a killer sweet tooth, the only thing I've really accomplished is packing on the pounds. This blog is about my journey towards self improvement, both inside and out. To "Get Fit or Die Tryin'" (figuratively speaking - my mother was very concerned that you might consider that a literal statement) and to hopefully rock those skinny jeans that have been sitting in the back of my closet! It's best to start my story from the beginning. And when you get to the end. . . stop.
