Introduction	After 15 years working for the same store, the same people, doing the same thing, it was time for a change. I started what I hoped would be the road to transformation about 5 years ago, it worked for the better part of 3 till I was down-sized out of my "new" job, 2 years later still unemployed each step we hope will lead to something new some thing positive. We peice together the next chapter of the story of my life, I invite you along for the ride, no promises that it will be exciting or fun, but I can tell you it will interesting (at least I hope so)
