Introduction	"Wild and Precious Life" is from a poem by Mary Oliver called "The Summer Day." A wonderful poem, I encourage everyone to read it. Every year we learn, grow, search for balance and resolution. Change is hard, growth is painful, lessons are learned, and wisdom is bitter and sweet.

Favorite movies	Singin' in the Rain!! The Philadelphia Story (my, she was yar), Bringing up Baby, She's Havin' a Baby (the fries were good), the "I can see dead people" movie, American in Paris, anything with Gene Kelly or Johnny Depp
Favorite music	Broadway musicals, new age rock, classic rock. What a weird combo, eh?
Favorite books	Animal Vegetable Miracle (any Barbara Kingsolver), Eat Love Pray, any Annie Lamott, Tara Brach, The Time Traveler's Wife, The Historian, anything by David Sideris, too many more to mention
