| Introduction | I have university degrees in electrical engineering b.s., e.e.communications m.s., biomedical engineering PhD, physics b.s., physics education m.s., and physics PhD. Thirty years as a college professor and teaching more than 50 different classes in Physics, E.E., M.E., Math, Technology, has convinced me that the educational systems of most universities are principally rewarding those who have developed their ability to swallow information and regurgitate it during a prescribed time frame.
