| Introduction | John Liotti is a nonprofit executive and social impact leader focused on advancing economic mobility for youth and young adults. He serves as Chief Executive Officer of Able Works, a California-based nonprofit operating across Northern California, the Central Valley, and Southern California. Able Works delivers pathways to economic mobility for low-income students ages 15–25, combining financial education, college access, career exploration, and paid work experience. Under John’s leadership, the organization partners with schools, employers, and public agencies to help young people build financial capability and transition into stable careers. John has led Able Works through growth and complexity, strengthening governance, building leadership capacity, and aligning programs, funding, and outcomes across regions. He has served on multiple boards, including CCDA, the Housing Leadership Council of San Mateo County, and CCEDA. Outside of work, John is a husband and father to one son. He enjoys riding motorcycles and spending time with his dogs, Jax and Daisy. |
