Why don't you ever wear a scarf? It doesn't need to be cold outside for your neck to feel naked.
I don't think this question really applies to me, as I wear a scarf all the time, except when I'm at home or in bed! Muahahahahaha... and yes, surprisingly, whenever I don't have something on my head, I DO feel naked! Then, I start to worry how my hair looks like - is it flat? does it have volume? is it frizzy? is it alright? :P
