| Introduction | Welcome to my blog! I am the Instructional Coach for Legacy Traditional School in Maricopa, AZ. I taught 1st grade at LTS for five years before becoming an Instructional Coach. One of my greatest strengths as a teacher was that I was always looking to improve my classroom management, teaching skills and other strategies and would not give up until I have mastered it. I would share these ideas with my teammates and this eventually became a passion of mine to constantly be researching new ways to help not only myself in the classroom, but ultimately the students as well. I wanted to be the best teacher I could be. So continue my passion of teaching and sharing with others, I created this blog to share all of the great ideas that teachers have come up with over the years.
