| Introduction | Hi! I'm Erin, a Texas girl who loves a good adventure! Living in the Houston area for 8 years, I had no plans to leave and was certainly never going to leave Texas. However, the past year has brought some change to that thought! After spending a year living in a very small but beautiful Colorado town, we now call West Texas "home"!
