| Introduction | We are a group of 4 friends, an organic apple grower, a organic fruit marketer, a former whole foods guy and a designer that are all passionate about hand crafted, local, artisan food and culture. We are not the first cidery in Washington state, but one of a small group of cidermakers dedicated to educating the public about cider and its history and hoping to create a cider drinking culture. In 2007 we sourced and planted over 10 acres of specialty, tannic, cider apples (20+ varieties)and perry pears from the US, France and England.
