Introduction	Kaelyn Weber is 3 years old, and was diagnosed with Cystic Fibrosis (CF) when she was 13 days old - There currently is no cure. CF will be a life-long battle for her, but as her family, we are doing as much as we can to promote awareness about this disease so one day "CF=Cure Found"!
