Introduction	I am a graduating Senior at Sacramento State studying my BS in Criminal Justice, with a minor in Spanish. I have a great passion for the youth in this country and around the world as well. I have noticed the neglect of our youth and the delinquency rate getting more serious. The youth of today are the adults and leaders of tomorrow, our country and the world will be in their hands
