| Introduction | I am a middle aged mom of two (son-21 & daughter-16), married for 26 years to the same man, who woke up one day with a renewed drive to try some of the things that have always been in my heart! I have a strong desire to try and eat as close to vegetarian eatting as I can, I also want to go as "green" as I can, to cut our use of plastic & to be a "No Waste" family while doing all of this. I have to do these things very frugally too. I am not perfect and will hit some bumps along the way but I really look forward to this journey. |
