Introduction	Nick Jekogian is a real estate entrepreneur, endurance athlete, and angel investor. His 1st job was with a tech startup in high school in the 80s, before startups were starting up and when computers had 64k of memory. His 1st business plan was soliciting agreements to shovel walks for neighbors the night before a snowstorm; the next morning all the area kids worked for Nick because he had cornered the market. He paid for college by cutting lawns, bought his 1st apartment building in college, and acquired 500 more after graduating by using college kids to look for off-market opportunities. This was all while leading the real estate development team building Commerce Bank into a $50B retailer. Nick took a big hit in the 2008 economic crash with his own investments and resurfaced buying distressed debt and acquiring controlling interest in a public REIT. Nick is an early adopter and serves on the board of Paradigm Initiative Nigeria, an Ashoka funded social enterprise. He has invested in early stage companies for over a decade. He runs ultra-distance marathons, triathlons and adventure races with distances over 280 miles. The training helps him keep up with his 2 young daughters.
